WHAT WE’LL NEED

This role is responsible for managing email and mobile push campaigns and journeys to impact customer KPI's such as frequency, retention, and reactivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of CRM (email and push) campaigns
  • Work with internal and external design and development resources on strategies that support brand campaigns and calendar planning
  • In partnership with Analytics, assist in opportunity sizing and providing testing recommendations for key hypotheses
  • Leverage campaign insights to improve future campaign performance
  • Develop visualizations to tell stories and deliver insights about the impact of our communications
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive end to end communications / guest experience
  • Proactively identify current and potential gaps in the digital experience and work with key partners to mitigate
  • Deliver accurate and timely campaigns
  • Collaborate with Analytics to develop Test and Learn plans to ensure investments are accountable

Ability to put the customer first and connect the dots to develop great experiences

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Personalization & CRM execution
  • Marketing project management experience
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Collaborative and curious self-starter
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent tools (nice to have)
