WHAT WE’LL NEED | The Sr. Director, Product Engineering is a key member of the Digital team and our goal to become a 100% digital brand, powered in part by the ongoing enhancement, maintenance and operation of our proprietary ecommerce platform, MyWingstop. The Sr. Director, Product Engineering is responsible for building and leading a team of engineering professionals to advance the platform and maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of all features and components. This leader plays a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring the MyWingstop platform continually meets evolving business needs across a customer-base spanning customer-facing ordering channels, 3rd party integration partners, restaurant team members, Brand Partners, and corporate support center employees. The Sr. Director, Product Engineering will also establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business including Technology, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Strategy, Development, People, and Legal. This individual will work with a talented team of internal and external resources in a highly collaborative, Agile environment. This role will be on-site in the Wingstop GSC located in Dallas, Texas.
