WHAT WE’LL NEED

As a Customer Data Analyst, you will work collaboratively within the Growth team to provide insights on customer behavior as well as ongoing reporting of all campaigns and progress at the customer level.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide decision support for business areas across Wingstop organization based on customer analysis and insights.
  • Own day-to-day reporting and monitoring of customer segmentation; inclusive of customer performance and segmentation integrity, making ongoing optimizations to typing tools, database scoring algorithms, etc to ensure integrity of segmentation stays intact
  • Develop and lead ongoing customer experience analysis (inclusive of Migration studies, behaviour shift studies, etc
  • Conduct marketing campaign recap and/or exploratory analysis and translate findings into actionable across recommendations Wingstop organization based on customer performance for future campaigns.
  • Develop visualizations to tell stories and deliver insights about customer/business performance.
  • Establish and maintain reporting and dashboards that include tracking of KPIs across various digital properties, marketing channels, and customer segments.
  • Proactively identify current and potential gaps in digital analytics data as well as opportunities to streamline data accessibility and reporting via automation
  • Deliver other analytics and ad hoc reports as requested.

Ability to succinctly communicate complex data insights to internal teams, external vendors, and cross functional partners to quickly action findings.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics
  • Degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • SQL, Power BI, Excel skills
  • Collaborative and curious self-starter
  • QSR Industry Experience
