As a Senior Buyer/Procurement Manager, you will play a key role within the Supply Chain team, driving the procurement of high-quality products and ensuring seamless, timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure supply plans are executed with agility and efficiency
- Establish and track vendor performance metrics to promote transparency, alignment, and timely resolution of supply-related issues
- Manage domestic and international logistics for new product development, inventory management, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and create presentations to provide leadership with clear logistics insights
- Create and manage purchase orders, transfer orders, replacement orders, and work orders using NetSuite and 3PL portals
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and coordinate with 3PL providers and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies in receiving and invoicing
- Support sourcing initiatives by monitoring purchase orders and shipments and proactively resolving any order or shipping issues
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics operations, and service level expectations
- Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to inform business decisions and track progress
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Sourcing, and international vendors—to ensure project timelines and goals are met
- Contribute to analytics-driven projects across the supply chain and partner with teams such as Order Management, Customer Service, 3PLs, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning/purchasing, inventory control, or operations
- At least 2 years of experience managing domestic and international logistics (including FTL and FCL)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Experience with NetSuite
- Background in purchasing within the beauty industry
