Location: Remote preferably in the LA Area

Salary Range: 55,000-65,000 based on experience

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Catalog Management Associate. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in managing our product catalog on the Amazon platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog Maintenance:

  • Regularly review and update product listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Manage product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and other relevant details.

Data Accuracy:

  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of product data, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any discrepancies.

Content Optimization:

  • Optimize product pages according to overall brand digital strategy for maximum visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work on improving product content, including keyword optimization, enhanced brand content, and A+ content.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities on Amazon.
  • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our product listings.

Customer Reviews and Ratings:

  • Monitor customer reviews and ratings, addressing issues and collaborating with customer support to enhance the customer experience.

New Product Launches:

  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate launch of new products on Amazon.

Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on catalog performance, changes made, and highlight key metrics such as glance views.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Amazon's policies and guidelines for product listings.
