**Position Overview:**
As an Opener, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and potential clients. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

- Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers during "intros."
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, assisting members, and handling various tasks.
- Conduct studio tours and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Contribute to the growth of the studio by selling memberships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and address member concerns professionally and objectively.
- Actively participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the Orangetheory Fitness brand.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
