General Purpose of the Position
The Orangetheory Fitness Regional Sales & Operations Manager creates more leadership, development, and mentorship for our management team, ultimately enhancing the member experience and growing the studio. Regional Sales & Operations Manager will influence, support, and coach Studio Managers, and their teams, toward success. They will provide direction and accountability and will ensure that all processes are performed optimally and consistently at all of our studios. They are expected to have a strong and consistent presence in the studio, always looking for opportunities to coach and develop the managers and their teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Assessments:
● Conducts quarterly audits for AR owned studios in compliance with the corporate standard.
● Performs weekly walk-throughs for each studio in their territory, with management to ensure the studios are clean, the atmosphere is optimal, well maintained, and up to Orangetheory standards.
● Performs quarterly review for Studio Managers and a regular 1 on 1 cadence in order to find areas of opportunity and amplify strengths.
Mentoring:
● Mentors Studio Managers on specific areas of opportunity, providing direction and leadership.
● Helps develop the relationship and synergy between the Studio Manager and the Head Coach by attending SM/HC meetings (minimum of 1 weekly meeting per month and 1 monthly all staff meeting) and providing opportunities for staff development (specifically the sales staff).
Performance:
● Supports Studio Managers in understanding how to achieve and assists in driving all sales and revenue goals of their studios by ensuring the staff is consistently and effectively executing the sales process.
Support:
● Supports a studio with a management vacancy, and works to develop, hire, and onboard a new Studio Manager.
● Reviews schedules of all front desk employees regularly to ensure the studio is staffed properly considering mindful work hours.
Accountability:
● Performs regular checks for compliance by secret shopping the studios, roleplay, and auditing all business platforms (ex. MBO, OBI, Basecamp, Orangebook).
● Works with Studio Managers to ensure all educational, operational and development resources are being utilized effectively so that follow up and growth is occurring at all levels.
● Utilizes OBI to hold the team accountable and communicates consistently regarding goals and progress throughout the month.
● Develops processes for holding Studio Managers accountable and helps implement accountability tracking for Sales Associates and the sales team.
Community:
● Works with Studio Managers in planning and executing thoughtful and creative events to build community and culture within the studio through a strong presence in the studio and on social media.
● Identifies opportunities at the studio level to assist in building each studio's culture through member and team synergy.
● Works with GM to help build company culture and community aligned with the company mission and vision.
Cleanliness:
● Audits and works with studios to maintain a level of cleanliness compliant with both local government and corporate standards.
Hours:
● Maintains an active presence in all studios. Mondays are a required day of work, unless requested off in advance. Hours may be performed in studio or outside of studio based on studio needs.

Weekly Commitment:

o Conducts 1 on 1 meetings with your supporting managers

o Reviews OBI for sales strengths and opportunities

o Performs a walk-through of every studio to address maintenance issues, cleanliness, operational issues etc.
o Plans ideas to increase studio/staff engagement

o Attends all management meetings held in the region applicable to their position

● Monthly Commitment:

o Attends monthly all staff meetings

o Attends all required monthly corporate webinars applicable to their position

● Quarterly Commitment:

o Supports or hosts 1 workshop per quarter for the region

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field and experience in a fitness industry leadership role. Experience accepted in lieu of education.
2. 3+ years of fitness sales experience.

3. 3+ years of management experience.

4. 5+ years of customer service experience.

5. Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.

6. Demonstrated experience in managing staff; ability to motivate a team.

7. Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.

8. Demonstrated success in developing strategies to support business and sales objectives. 9. Ability to interface with company leadership, establish credibility and build effective relationships. 10. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the
organization.

11. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to set priorities based on organizational needs, priorities and preferences, and develop solutions to challenges.
12. Self-motivated team player who is accountable for initiating and managing projects through to completion with a minimum of management direction.
13. Computer proficiency with a variety of office applications and agility to learn new software packages as needed.
14. Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, re-prioritize and juggle multiple priorities at any given time to meet stated deadlines.
15. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact and diplomacy. 16. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to effectively manage through change and transition. 17. Proactive and collaborative working style.

20. Able to work flexible schedules as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Supervision Exercised
Manages OTF Studio Managers. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these functional areas. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; setting goals and appraising performance; mentoring; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Travel Requirements
Travel may be necessary, up to _75_% of the time and may be by air, car, or rail.
