The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. In this role you'll be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving these problems.

In this role you will:
- Consistently close new business while managing/growing existing relationships.
- Manage and build a robust opportunity pipeline.
- Lead clients through a full sales lifecycle from prospecting to outreach to building a business case to negotiation and contract completion.
- Conduct discovery calls with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow.
- Take ownership in personal development to grow your career at MedBridge.
What you will need to succeed:
- 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience with proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and managing complex sales structures.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with tenacity, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm is crucial for success within the business development team.

Salary Range: Base: $55k Commission: 45k OTE: 100k
At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
