We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and business performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and management deck for senior management.
• Partner with business units to understand financial drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against forecasts and budgets.
• Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
• Participate in the development of dashboards and data visualization tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Assist in cost analysis, margin analysis, and operational performance evaluation.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects, reporting, and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
• Experience working in a corporate finance or strategic finance function.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Shopify analytics, others.
