At L-Nutra, we’re transforming the way people approach health and longevity. We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to join our growing team and work in close partnership with the VP of Growth to manage and optimize our paid channels. This role will focus heavily on paid social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with an emphasis on analyzing and improving creative performance across these channels to drive measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing our paid marketing strategy, managing a $500k+ monthly budget, and ensuring our digital efforts are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and additional social channels to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Creative Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret creative performance across Meta, with a focus on optimizing ad creatives, copy, and targeting to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with VP of Growth: Work closely with the VP of Growth to align performance marketing strategies with broader company growth objectives and integrate new paid channels into the strategy.
  • Budget Management: Oversee a monthly marketing budget of $500k+, ensuring optimal spend distribution across channels to achieve key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV).
  • Funnel Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the performance across the marketing funnel—evaluating metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Paid Social Expansion: Launch and scale new paid social channels (TikTok, YouTube) to diversify and expand the paid marketing mix.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to drive decisions around creative iterations, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of paid media campaigns with brand messaging and product launches.
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels, especially Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Health or wellness industry experience is a plus.
    • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Paid Social Expertise: Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
    • Creative Performance: Ability to analyze and optimize creative performance to improve engagement and conversions.
    • Budget Management: Experience managing a $500k+ monthly marketing budget and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
    • SEO & CRO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO and CRO principles to ensure the website and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
    • Adaptable in Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable in a startup environment where you can drive change, work independently, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communicator with experience working cross-functionally to align strategies and deliver results.
