Role Description

We are seeking a full-time CRM Specialist & Sales Product Manager. In this hybrid role, primarily based in Irvine, CA with some flexibility for remote work, you will manage our customer relationship management systems and processes, analyze customer data, and implement strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention. A deep understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities, integration capabilities, and a proven track record of successful project implementations are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Customize Zoho CRM modules to align with business processes.

• Configure and optimize workflows, validation rules, and assignment rules.

• Develop processes for client engagement, including email and meeting tracking.

• Develop processes to manage action items and other client-related KPIs.

• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, APIs, and other business systems.

• Develop data synchronization processes between Zoho CRM and other platforms.

• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes.

• Utilize Deluge scripting language for advanced customization (preferred).

• Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

• Implement and optimize data analytics within Zoho CRM.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on Zoho CRM functionalities.

• Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

• Configure role-based access controls to ensure proper data access levels.

• Document customizations, configurations, and processes for future reference.

• Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development.

• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM best practices and industry standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Sales and contact management experience.

• Experience in project management.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of the nutrition or health industry and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
