Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable sales professional, with experience in nutrition/healthcare, to join our team and promote longevity products from the Prolon and L-Nutra Health line of products and programs. This role centers on engaging with healthcare decision makers (C-suite, HR team leaders, etc), educating them about the science and benefits of products and programs, and driving sales within the designated territory. This team member will also have a focus on driving sales within the Gym/ Clinics and Affiliate market, so prior experience is a must!

This is a hybrid or remote position depending on geography. L-Nutra’s offices are in Los Angeles CA, Irvine CA & Plano, Texas,


·Identification, outreach, and conversion of new client opportunities, within the employer (B2B space), with a focus on targeting gyms and clinics.

·Sales support, customer service and administration for current and assigned accounts

·Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations to establish relationships and generate leads within the healthcare community.

·Educate decision makers on the science behind Prolon products & L Nutra Health Programs, their benefits, and their potential impact on patients' health and well-being.

·Demonstrate a strong understanding of nutrition, longevity, and the L-Nutra product & program line.

·Listen to client pain points and make recommendations for new promotional materials, presentations, and training resources for healthcare practitioners.

·Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate leads.


·Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field, master's degree is a bonus.

·Proven experience in healthcare or nutrition industry sales, with a successful record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·Strong knowledge of nutrition and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and compellingly.

·Experience working with C-suite, HR teams, Ecosystem partners and a solid understanding of their needs and preferences.

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·Ability to source introductions to healthcare systems when relevant to active accounts and partners

·Ability to discuss and promote multiple different programs and products within a single sales opportunity and recognize the best opportunities for each account.

·Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to think fast on your feet and adapt to changing situations.

·Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

·Availability to travel and meet in person at our Los Angeles, New York, or Dallas offices as needed.

Background and Education

·3-5 years of Sales Experience: Proven record of accomplishment in sales, particularly in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales. Experience selling to healthcare professionals is highly valued.

·Medical Knowledge: Preferably with a background in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., a degree in biology, chemistry, or healthcare administration).

·Understanding medical terminology, procedures, and the healthcare environment is crucial.
