We are seeking a Sales Professional & Health Care Educator for L-Nutra Health for Diabetes
L-Nutra Health (the Healthcare division of L-Nutra) is spearheading a global movement to turn sick care into true healthcare focused on healthy longevity. We view diabetes as an urgent multi-organ system disease requiring acute interventions so remission and/or regression can take place before permanent beta-cell and end-organ damage occur, turning diabetes into a progressive chronic illness. L-Nutra is leading in this movement with a nutritechnology solution that was developed at the University of Southern California with 36 million dollars of funding from the National Institutes of Health and the European Union. With the patented suite of solutions, we are launching an evidence-based healthcare program to help people with type 2 diabetes thrive with less reliance on medication while enhancing their healthspan. As the Sales Professional & Health Care Educator at L-Nutra Health, you will follow up on direct marketing leads and help drive member registrations to this innovative program that introduces metabolic restoration to patients with diabetes, addressing the root cause of diabetes, not just the symptoms. Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable sales professional with a nutrition background, to join our team and promote our Diabetes Remission and Regression Program. The primary focus of this role is to engage with prospective members, educate them about the science and benefits of our L-Nutra Health for Diabetes program, and drive member registrations within the Type 2 Diabetes community. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Convert prospects into members by promoting and selling the features of our program through telephonic sales.
- Educate prospective members on the science behind our program, the benefits, and the potential impact on patients' health and well-being.
- Conduct lead-generated outbound calls, respond to email inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to fine tune marketing efforts.
- Build rapport and positive relationships with prospective members by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support through the registration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless registration process and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or nutrition industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Master's degree in nutrition or a related field is preferred, but a bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Empathetic and caring attitude to serve those with health conditions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of nutrition, longevity, and the ProLon science to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective members.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to think fast on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
