Job Overview
The Demand Generation Campaign Manager is responsible for designing, creating, executing, and monitoring multi-channel integrated campaigns for the Healthcare and Home Services verticals. As a Campaign Manager, you will design and execute integrated marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams, leveraging multi-touch inbound marketing programs. You will contribute towards the Marketing team's quarterly pipeline commitments while working with Product Marketing and Sales to execute high-quality integrated campaigns. Plans will include targeted account-based marketing strategies across email, web, social, content, and events, collaborating closely with the rest of the Demand Generation Team to ensure all marketing programs are leveraged in account plans.

The Demand Generation Manager ensures the continued success of Marchex by delivering the right marketing motions, to the right verticals, at the right time, and to customers showing intent, to deliver a pipeline of high-quality leads to our sales team. In addition, you will be on the leading edge for marketing unique Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to the B2B market.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support marketing pipeline goals by executing vertically aligned demand-generation campaigns that deliver high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Work closely with vertically aligned Product Marketing Managers to identify campaign themes, messaging maps, personas, buyer journeys, full-funnel content, and campaign orchestration.
  • Utilize Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs and tactics for top-100 verticalized accounts.
  • Create and manage campaigns by writing copy, a/b testing, setting up campaigns in Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, etc., that deliver results and report on the impact.
  • Create urgency, develop a strong knowledge of Marchex product offerings, and work well cross-functionally.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • You will be measured on campaigns in the market, MQLs, conversions to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), and pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate closely with the other Demand Generation Team members to ensure all marketing programs are leveraged in account plans.
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years’ experience on a lead generation team including ABM motions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as successfully function independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to see tasks through to successful completion.
  • Results-driven, self-starter with demonstrated pipeline creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Overall positive attitude, team-player orientation, and willingness to be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, and SalesIntel. Experience with Demandbase is a plus.
  • Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of Excel.

Working Conditions
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting and may be fully or partially remote. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.

$63,900 - $85,000

The compensation range listed above may include base salary and short and/or long-term incentives. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
