About the Role:
The Manager, Operations Assurance is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting all Operations CGMP projects. This role will serve as a technical expert for Operations Change Management, Processes, and Learning.
You Will:
- Interprets, implements, and drives Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), programs and guidelines
- Ensures CGMP is embedded for all changes in the Operations Change Management Process
- Assists Operations in developing Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)
- Interprets Learning methodology and training to meet Operations standards
- Partners with Quality Assurance and Compliance to ensure Operations resolve CAPA and audit findings
- Develops monthly progress metrics for trending and identifying areas of opportunity
- Works closely with the FC leadership team to identify gaps
- Demonstrates an ability to influence change across the Fulfillment Center (FC)
You Have:
- BS/BA degree in safety or related field
- 5+ years of experience leading CGMP Projects in Operations
- Experience working with US Pharmacopeia (USP) reference standards
- Experience implementing Hazardous Waste programs
- Experience with implementing safety in a lab/compounding environment is preferred
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.
