About the Role:
The Analyst, Organic Growth (Temporary) is responsible for analyzing the organic (non-paid) landscape to find opportunities that drive traffic and bottom-line value for the business. They will manage & monitor channel dashboards and deliver regular reporting to key stakeholders. The Organic Growth Analyst will also assist in driving organic growth by supporting SEO content production, and off-site efforts (incl. social, CRM promotion, content syndication & ASO).
This is a temporary, non-permanent position. The Analyst will provide temporary backfill support to the Marketing team from approximately 11/12/2024 to 3/14/2025. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth company and leader in the health and wellness industry.
You Will:
- Deliver weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting on organic performance with analysis on trends & changes
- Identify high-value opportunities through analysis to influence our organic growth strategy and goals
- Partner with Product & SEO teams to conceptualize, initiate and report results of A/B tests
- Address questions from cross-functional partners to understand trends that affect category, channel and brand performance.
- Assist Organic Growth Managers in crafting SEO best practices and trainings for internal stakeholders
- Help manage weekly content production workflow including topic ideation, creating briefs, assigning new content to writers, and optimizing new content
- Work cross-functionally with Social & CRM teams to share out relevant blogs and boost article visibility and increase traffic and rankings
- Support ASO & app engagement activities (IE: Smart Banners, Deep Linking) and monitor app performance reporting

You Have:
- Experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth company
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital analytics measurement and operations with measurable results
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with search marketing, and ability to report across organic channels such as web, SEO, email, social and app.
- Deep level of experience using tools including Looker, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, seoClarity, DataDog/Splunk, Amplitude, Google Lighthouse and Branch.io/AppsFlyer
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks & platforms
- Experience working with Analytics & Data Science teams
- SEO expertise
- Deep analytical expertise
- Strong project management skills
- Web user experience (UX)
