​​About the Role:

As the Procurement Manager, Fulfillment Center and Pharmacy, you will be directly responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of our non-inventory needs and budgeting and establishing relationships with key cross functional partners to bring solutions to the team. Reporting to the Sr Director, Fulfillment and Pharmacy, you will handle the working relationships with our facilities to understand, execute, and purchase the right non-inventory from vetted suppliers, establish and maintain RFI’s and RFP’s for strategic initiatives, and other ad hoc duties. This role is critical to our core functional area of operational excellence.

You Will:

  • Seek, qualify, and establish working relationships with non-inventory suppliers and leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, S&OP and facility leads to translate functional needs
  • Determine target inventory levels based on usage and space constraints
  • Establish and maintain redundancy plans and risk mitigation strategies
  • Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Monitor supplier performance and engage key stakeholders for input.
  • Develop KPI metrics, regular reporting & communications for non inventory management to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Communicate with Senior Leadership team members

You Have:

  • 3-5 years of Procurement work experience, supporting Operations/Manufacturing/ Fulfillment functions.
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Experience with Excel - including the ability to create pivot tables and perform vlookups
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of leadership & the ability to influence and drive internal & external decisions
  • Understanding of operational flows within a facility.
  • Must possess quantitative skills to analyze complex price quotes from vendors and evaluate them against business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing, supply chain management and/or inventory management principles and methodologies
  • Comfortable working in a fluid environment, managing fluctuating priorities
  • Excellent negotiation skills and contract optimization skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of Procurement experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical environments is a plus, but not required
  • Up to 50% travel

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

$62,000$90,000 USD
