​​About the Role:

As an Compounding Inventory Area Manager, you will be responsible for creating the process flow for all compound ingredients prior to entering the labs and also after leaving the labs. This will include managing a team to maintain inventory accuracy by maintaining cycle count cadence, inventory receiving and movements, and increments and decrements of products in the pharmacy. You will be a key stakeholder in building something from the ground up and have a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in Columbus, Ohio and will report to the Inbound Operations Manager.

You Will:

  • Supervise and assist a team of associates in their daily responsibilities, helping to ensure productivity goals are met or exceeded.
  • Create, manage, and continuously improve the process flow path of inventory with a focus on inventory tracking.
  • Provide feedback to associates regarding job performance to help drive continuous improvement among everyone.
  • Meet all company and auditor expectations for inventory tracking and cycle count requirements.
  • Research all variances for and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual cycle count check programs to ensure accuracy of all inventory.
  • Move inventory to support daily success for operations.
  • Delegate and assign daily tasks to the team.
  • Be a resource to associates by supporting open communication.
  • Ask for and give clear feedback.
  • Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.

You Have:

  • 2-4 years of warehouse inventory experience required.
  • GED or high school diploma.
  • Proactive and motivational customer focused attitude to help set the tone for an energetic work environment.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Problem solver with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs and Gmail.
  • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stopping, bending and lifting up to 50lbs.

Conditions of Employment:

  • This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
  • This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
  • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
