The Vice President of Really Good Stuff is a key executive role responsible for driving the performance and growth of the company's brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, identing new business opportunities, and ensure the company's brand is effectively positioned in the market. By utilizing AI technologies and fostering a creative and data-driven environment, you will lead the strategic planning process, implement innovative marketing strategies, and ensure consistent branding across all channels. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills along with expertise in project and business operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Vice President of Really Good Stuff, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and objectives. Your expertise in brand positioning and differentiation will be instrumental in capturing the education market, targeting both teachers and administrators. You will stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and educational developments to identify growth opportunities and drive brand innovation.
- Partner with various revenue-driving teams across the company to provide clear decisions and guidance on brand strategy while understanding their existing knowledge to represent both the innovation of our brand and the voice of our customers. This role requires a collaborative mindset, as you will be partnering with various revenue-driving teams within the company. You will provide clear decisions and guidance on brand strategy, effectively representing both the innovation of our brand and the voice of our customers. Working closely with Merchandising/Product Development, Marketing/Creative, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, you will ensure our brand identity is consistently and compellingly communicated through various touchpoints.:
- Merchandising/Product Development: Work side by side on product merchandising to drive our RGS brand identity through the organization, including new product development, product strategy, web merchandising, catalog layouts, product videos, digital product component initiatives, and other customer-facing touchpoints.
- Marketing/Creative: Lead the development of compelling brand messaging and communication campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. to represent our teacher and administrator voice and connection. Utilize AI and machine learning capabilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and tactics Elevate and support the Really Good Stuff brand narrative and identity, partnering with our creative teams and agencies to ensure consistent application.
- Sales: Collaborate with sales to drive brand positioning and differentiation in the education market, targeting both teachers and administrators.
- Customer Experience: Understand all the customer touchpoints and improve brand messaging to be consistent, innovative, and relevant for our teacher and administrator, always improving and innovating ways we can connect with our educators.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, leveraging AI-powered tools and methodologies.
4. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management. Continuously think of new and out-of-the-box ways to improve our brand strategies to drive business results.
5. Serve as a RGS ambassador for our Amazon presence, ensuring that we remain innovative, relevant, easily visible, trendy, and always ahead of the fast followers.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategic planning with a focus on AI integration. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies in a competitive market.
- Experience working in the education sector or targeting the education market is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning applications in marketing and branding.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools for market research and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
